I recently attended an 8 day Training of Trainers program organized by the Sindh Higher Education Commission from May 29 to June 6, 2024.

The training was highly comprehensive and interactive, covering a wide range of topics including teaching methodologies, research funding opportunities, executive education, and innovative approaches such as gamification in learning.

It also focused on developing effective strategies for faculty training and academic leadership across higher education institutions.

This experience provided valuable insights that I look forward to integrating into my teaching and mentoring practices.
